At Audrey Wingo DDS, we work hard to provide a variety of payment solutions to help you and your family receive the dental care you need and deserve. To best serve you, please always inform us of any changes in your insurance.
While our office is not in contract with any insurance company, we are happy to bill your insurance for you. To reduce your cost, we will file both primary and secondary insurance (if available) on your behalf.
Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of the cost of your treatment, and reimbursement from insurance carriers is often delayed. We therefore ask for payment of your deductible and your portion of the cost at the time services are provided. All estimates are based on information provided to us by your insurance carrier and are not a guarantee of payment. Only after a claim is submitted and reviewed by your insurance company can final payment be determined.
We file claims electronically to expedite this process and to provide you with the most accurate treatment costs. To verify if we participate in your dental insurance, please give us a call!
Since we deal with dental insurances everyday, we understand first-hand that insurance plans can be a bit confusing to our patients. It is important to understand that on occasions your dental insurance may not cover certain dental treatments. If you have any questions, please contact our front office staff.
